why cant i signup for AWS free tier account

maybe You can't sign up for an AWS free tier account because your credit card information is either invalid or of an unsupported type.

Double-check your card details and ensure your card is accepted by AWS (e.g., major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express), check international transaction is allowed to your card this are the main reasons.
