Analyse Document Failed

Hi,

I can call the Amazon Textract Start Document Analysis using the .Net SDK, but the notification keeps returning with a status code of FAILED. Is there a way to get more information like logs from the service to get the reason why it failed?

So after some investigation and looking at the "INVALID_DOCUMENT_TYPE" status message I eventually figured out that the service does not appear to support documents that have actually text in for the PDF's I tried. When I "print" the PDF to a PDF documents with a image then the service processes it.

Are there any plans to support documents that have the actual text in the PDF?

I'm facing the same, I taught that pdf was supported
