How to choose Availability Zone

Hello, how do I choose the AZ for example in Singapore region. When I setup the EC2 instances I do not have the option to select AZ. For example i want to setup on 2 different zones for high availability.

When you set up an EC2 instance you can choose the subnet to deploy in which defines the AZ. In the console, it will default to some subnet but you can choose another. From memory you might have to expand a "Networking" config section to see that.
