How to ask for a refund?

I just created a cluster to try DocumentDB, but I never made any request do it. Now on my billing dashboard I can see that it cost me $1,356.78, is there any way I can request for a refund because I am not using this service at all and I never made any request to it.

You will need to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" to discuss this.
AWS Support may offer refunds for unexpected charges.
It is also recommended that all unnecessary DocumentDB resources be deleted to avoid further charges.
