where does source repository live in CodeCatalyst?

I could not figure out where does the source repository code in CodeCatalyst live, is it in S3 (couldn't found there)? where could I find it? does it really use CodeCommit behind the scene, couldn't find anything in CodeCommit related to CodeCatalyst repositories?

Could we use the repositories created in CodeCommit in the CodeCatalyst or vice versa?

I am looking forward to hear answers.

Thanks,

Hello, As a member of a project you can view the source repositories via the Amazon CodeCatalyst Console. Here is a guide on getting started with Amazon CodeCatalyst source repositories. Today repositories created in CodeCommit cannot be used in Amazon CodeCatalyst or vice versa, however you can clone a source repository from any git provider (including CodeCommit) to Amazon CodeCatalyst by following this guide

However, currently, Amazon CodeCatalyst only supports the use of existing repositories from GitHub and does not provide compatibility with repositories from CodeCommit. This implies that, behind the scenes, CodeCatalyst likely relies on GitHub for repository management rather than integrating directly with CodeCommit.
