ap-east-1 (HongKong) DeveloperTools Missing options CodeStarSourceConnection(GitHub) CodeStarNotifications-CodePipeline

Question

Hi, I have an app deployed in multiple regions and using CodePipeline and the rest of the developer tools suite. Have been using it without issue in a number of regions but then as we moved into the HongKong (ap-east-1) region I noticed that the CodeStarSourceConnection for GitHub CodeStarNotifications within a CodePipeline is missing just for this region.

Are these options actually missing in the HongKong region or do I have to specifically enable these somehow?

Unfortunately CodeStarSourceConnection [is not available](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codepipeline/latest/userguide/action-reference-CodestarConnectionSource.html) in the Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Region.
