How to reduce data provisioned charges?

As per this document , https://aws.amazon.com/rds/free/ the above usage was assumed to have covered under free tier.

But why $7.66 is charged in this case?

How can one reduce the amount of data provisioning assuming one just selected free tier when setting up and went with the defaults

Hi

  1. In billing section, category wise all details will be populated but that doesn't mean you will be charged at the end of your billing month.

If you will be charged at the end of your billing month then you can complain about it on support ticket and they will fix it. Thanks.
