Hello.
If you know the email address and AWS account ID associated with your AWS account, you can sign in as the root user.
To sign in as the root user, please follow the steps below.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/introduction-to-root-user-sign-in-tutorial.html#root-user-sign-in-tutorial
If you do not know your password, you can change it by following the instructions in the following document.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/root-user-password.html
Once you have signed in, check your bill to see which services you are being charged for.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/getting-viewing-bill.html
Alternatively, the "Confirm that active resources are terminated" method described in the following document can be used to find active services.

If you are being billed for services you do not need, you can stop the billing by deleting or stopping the service.
