Instance won't stop

EDIT: Never mind. It only took about ahlf hour for it to stop ;/ I got it back up now.

My instance won't stop. I got an email saying "EC2 has detected degradation of the underlying hardware hosting your Amazon EC2 instance..." What could be the cause of this? The site was running fine yesterday and I haven't done anything to it or the server in a while.

Can someone help me stop and restart it? I'm hoping that my instance isn't borked. That would be BAD.
