All nodes have disappeared from the elastic search cluster.

They simply do not exist. An attempt to reconfigure the cluster, increase capacity, and select other types of virtual machines did not lead to anything.

The cluster has been "processing" for more than a day

Why did this happen?

Can this cluster be repaired or its data restored?

Hi, in that situation, please open a support ticket to unblock your domain and for investigation. The service is taking automated snapshots every hour and keeps them securely for 14 days so your data should be safe within this time frame up to the last successful snapshot.
