I have followed the steps for Amazon Linux 2023 4 times now (terminating and starting new). They simply do not work on T4G instance. Is this not supported? Are the instructions incomplete?

When I try to follow step:
In a web browser, type the URL of your WordPress blog (either the public DNS address for your instance, or that address followed by the blog folder). You should see the WordPress installation script. Provide the information required by the WordPress installation. Choose Install WordPress to complete the installation. For more information, see Step 5: Run the Install Script on the WordPress website.
I get
This site can’t be reachedec2-###-##-###-##.compute-1.amazonaws.com refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I have already created a security group to allow inbound 22, 443, and 80.
