Getting strange error after attach Cloudfront to S3 website.

I created distribution and connected stg.songo.mn domain to it. When I try to see the website it returning following error.

The ap-east-1 location constraint is incompatible for the region specific endpoint this request was sent to.

Seems problem persists only in Hong Kong data center. I moved my S3 bucket to Singapore and it is working fine now.
