AWS WorkDocs Drive Client Silently Fails Install

I tried to install WorkDocs client on OS Win10. Installer gathered required information and failed silently. Any ideas?

Details:

I checked the prerequisite: 1) check Microsoft .NET Framework: .NET Framework 4.8+ installed 2) check Message Queuing: Message Queuing with Status Running

Windows Event Logs produces following messages: Product: AWSWorkDocsDriveClient -- Installation failed. Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: AWSWorkDocsDriveClient. Product Version: 1.0.8772.0. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Amazon Web Services, Inc. Installation success or error status: 1603.

Warning: To reinstall windows is neither optimal nor acceptable.
