Domain unregistered

Hi. I have a domain purchased via route 53, and this domain has a hosted zone. I've been trying to get SES set-up, so need to verify the domain.
I went through the process 3 days ago, allowing AWS to automatically propagate the CNAME records to Route 53 DNS. However, 3 days later still unverified and no sign of an error. I'm wondering if I'm missing a step? Domain is welshhomer.co.uk

Thanks

Hello.

I tried to resolve the name of the NS record using the "dig" command, but the NS record could not be confirmed.
Have you successfully created the Route 53 hosted zone?

Do the NS records checked by whois and the NS records registered in Route53 match?
If they do not match, please change to the NS record confirmed by whois.

  • Hi. Thanks for your answer. Yes records match. I get an email from AWS after 72 hours with: "We have not been able to detect the required DNS records in your DNS settings"

I do have the same issue with my domain innav.ca... Whois and NS records match indeed... Any other suggestion as to what could be the problem?

  • Ok, I solved my problem by deleting and recreating the hosted zone for my domain name and then making sure that my new DNs assign in this new hosted zone are the same as those listed in my "Registered domains" section. After 24h, everything was behaving as expected.
