How to Create an aws sso user based on aws account number using terraform script

Hi Team,

I want to create an aws sso user, groups, group member association, permission set and assign those permissions to the user and attaching the relevant aws account to him.

So I want to done all the above requirment/process using Terraform Script.

Can you please help me with this request ASAP.
