Direct Debet Crd Changed by Bank

Hi, Ive updated my billing card in AWS but there are lots of invoices that failed payment. Now the card is updated will AWS take the amounts ASAP as I have a deadline of 10/10/22 to pay them, otherwise they are saying they will ban me from AWS! I can't see a way in billing how I can get the amounts to pay for each invoice. The total is only £30'ish from a lot of invoices. There appears to be no way to actually talk to AWS re issues like this, which is frustrating. AWS 'help' pages do not help at all! Any ideas? My company has since closed do I can't send an invoice, and thus need Amazon to take the monies from each outstanding Invoice. Many thanks.
