RDS UI: Add a button to clear Maintenance Apply date

Sometimes after we schedule a pending maintenance, we would want to un-schedule it because of newly discovered dependent applicative operations for that specific day, so a clear/reset apply date button would be helpful.

Hi, Thank you for letting us know your RDS UI feedback. I would like to confirm your request is undo-opt-in feature which is currently available on AWS CLI(https://awscli.amazonaws.com/v2/documentation/api/latest/reference/rds/apply-pending-maintenance-action.html), and you want to use same functionality via RDS Console?
