Can I centrally disable 'Signing in to multiple accounts' for all of my accounts in organizations?

I'd like to prevent all of my org users from using this feature, can I do this without entering each account and opt out?

Based on my read of the documentation this is all browser side and the URL change to a subdomain and not something that can be enabled/disabled for a specific account or organization. After enabling, users still have to authenticate to the various accounts.
