Cheaper UK SMS pricing based on higher volume / upfront bulk purchases?

Hi, we are looking into alternatives to send UK SMS's due to increasing costs with our increased volume.

Other providers offer a reduced rate if you purchase credits upfront / have a higher volume of sending.

I can't find anything to say AWS offers the same? Are there any negotiations available on SMS pricing or is it just the fixed 0.3p?

As far as I know, I don't think AWS SMS has such a mechanism.

I can't find anything to say AWS offers the same? Are there any negotiations available on SMS pricing or is it just the fixed 0.3p?

Prices are determined by AWS, so it is unlikely that they will respond even if you negotiate.
AWS SMS pricing is described in the document below.
Just to be sure, why not contact AWS Support to see if negotiations are possible?
