AWS AFI generated by F1 instance

I wonder if the process of generating AFI for Amazon F1 instance will generate bitstream like local FPGA development.

Yes, the AFI creation process includes generating bitstreams from the encrypted DCPs submitted by the user. These bitstreams are loaded into FPGA cards when a user requests to load an AFI. These bitstreams are encrypted and stored securely and privately. Amazon does not provide access to these bitstreams to anyone including the user.

Q: What is an Amazon FPGA Image (AFI)? is answered in the FAQ below: https://github.com/aws/aws-fpga/blob/master/FAQs.md#general-f1-faqs
