Amazon WorkSpaces:
Amazon WorkSpaces is a managed, secure Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution that you can use to provision desktops for your users. You can create a WorkSpace for each user that needs access to the Tally, Attendance software, and face recognition app.
Storage: Each WorkSpace can be configured with a specific amount of root and user storage. Ensure to allocate enough storage to accommodate the applications and user data.
Amazon Elastic File System (EFS) or Amazon FSx:
EFS or FSx can be used to provide a scalable and fully managed file system for your applications. This can be used to meet the 7TB storage requirement.
FSx for Windows File Server might be a more suitable option as it provides fully managed Windows file systems that can be easily integrated with your WorkSpaces.
Amazon RDS or Amazon EC2 for Tally:
Amazon EC2: If Tally requires a specific server setup, you can deploy it on Amazon EC2 instances, ensuring you have the right configuration for CPU, memory, and storage.
Amazon RDS: If Tally can work with a managed database service, you can use Amazon RDS to handle the database aspect.
**Amazon S3 for Zoho Email Backups: **
Amazon S3: Use Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) for storing Zoho email backups. S3 is scalable and can easily handle the backup storage needs for 31 users.
S3 Lifecycle Policies: Use lifecycle policies to manage the retention and archiving of email backups to optimize costs.
Amazon EC2 for RDP Solutions:
If you require RDP for specific applications, you can provision EC2 instances with the necessary applications installed and configure them to allow RDP access for your users.
Ensure the EC2 instances have the necessary security groups and IAM roles configured to allow secure and controlled access.
AWS Migration Tools:
AWS Database Migration Service (DMS): For migrating databases used by Tally to AWS.
AWS Server Migration Service (SMS): To migrate on-premises servers to AWS.
AWS Directory Service:
