While giving the exam yesterday (26-Dec-2022) night at 10:00PM IST of AWS Cerification of Security Speciality
I was giving the exam from Pearson Vue. I used my Passport as my identification proof on which my firstname is Madheshwaran and lastname is Mariyappan
And on my AWS profile my firstname is Madheshwaran and lastname is M .
On 26th Dec Morning , I have raised a ticket to change my name in my account as I have exam scheduled on 26th Dec Night (10.00 PM IST)
Before Exam even I'm not able to edit any of my perosonal information at AWS profile.
The details of the Exam which I was proceeding yesterday night(26-Dec-2022 10.00PM)
Exam: AWS Certified Security - Specialty (SCS-C01) - English (ENU)
Candidate: Madheshwaran M (as per AWS profile)
Name As Per Govt ID : Madheshwaran Mariyappan
Candidate ID: AWS02636293
Registration ID: 435154063
Email-id: mr.madheshwaran@gmail.com
I also mailed to AWS Support to change the name but no response , so I was not able to perform exam.
I have CaseID which Pearson Procter created CASEID-08980440.
I request you to re-schedule the exam or initiate a refund so that I could proceed furthur.
