Rescheduled AWS Certification but shows no show

2

Hi All,

I bought my first aws certification on 13th March and scheduled it on 25th March. On 22th march, i rescheduled to 26th March and I am very sure i rescheduled it because i even received an email after that.

Today on 26th march it says i have missed the exam which was on 25th March. When I checked my email on the 22th March, it was actually reminder? Do they usually send reminder 3 days before the exam? i remembered it was like right after i rescheduled it.

I am sure that i scheduled the exam to 26th march and i even remember it telling me to get ready 30 minutes before the exam. Had anyone faced rescheduling issue before?

One reason i can think of is that i might not have finish rescheduling due to UI/UX issue and that reminder emailed that somehow misguided me that it was the end of the rescheduling process.

Is there anyway i appeal or to have them to check if did i really rescheduled my exam and maybe google analytics on where did i stopped on that day?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like similar issue with me too. For sure, I rescheduled the exam, did not get confirmation email, thought there is a delay in sending / receiving email. Now exam is not there in my dashboard. I'm waiting for response from customer support. Reading here, wondering same problem can not happen to so many people. Amazon should not allow its reputation to go away like this.

I am in the same boat. I had rescheduled the exam to a later date. I didn't receive any email and presumed it will eventually follow. When, I login a couple of hours before the revised exam date, I didn't see anything. Upon reaching out to Pearson, they tell me it's a no show. This is unbelievable as I am sure there is some technical glitch that's causing all these issues. I have even asked the support team to look into the clickstream data to verify my actions and help troubleshoot the issue.

If you rescheduled correctly, you will receive an email confirmation of updated changes.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.

Hi, I faced the same issue today. My exam was originally scheduled for 20th August, however, due to health issues, I rescheduled it to 21 August, but when I tried logging in on the exam day, it said No Show!!?? And I clearly remember it saying that the reschedule is done on the portal. Did you find any solution?

Same for me I scheduled my to May 1 but then reschedule it to May 6 Hawaii time. Just tonight I checked my exam and it says no show. It must be a common issue with rescheduling of AWS exams!

Same thing happened to me. I even sent a screenshot to my company showing that i rescheduled it as it is a procedure. My exam was suppose to be on Dec 7th, but on Nov 29th I changed the exam date to Dec 21st. I even heard from another friend this happened to them as well. Hoping they fix the issue, especially if other people have been getting the same error. I contacted Pearsonvue and Amazon support. Pearsonvue said they would send me an email looking into it further, but still waiting.
