Hi There

You have an issue with your Name Servers it seems. Notice there is no response to my dig command below. You need to make sure the Name Severs in the domain registration are the same as the Route53 hosted zone, there is probably a mismatch.

Enter image description here

  1. Get the name servers that Route 53 assigned to the hosted zone when you created it. See "Getting the Name Servers for a Public Hosted Zone" in the Route 53 Developer Guide: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/GetInfoAboutHostedZone.html
  2. Update the domain registration to use the name servers that you got in step 1. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-name-servers-glue-records.html#domain-name-servers-glue-records-adding-changing

  • thanks for everything. yes my domain name is not active. I don't know what to do any more. I deleted the hosted zone and created it again. I guess I have no choice but to wait.

  • Hi, what do you mean by "my domain name is not active"? If you delete the hosted zone and create it again, you MUST update the name servers in the Domain Registration. When you create a new hosted zone, they will change. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/domain-name-servers-glue-records.html#domain-name-servers-glue-records-adding-changing

  • My problem is solved. Thank you for everything. Thank you so much!!!!!

Need to dig in on how is the cname type record that you created Some potential issue like :

  • additional characters or is missing characters during record creation
  • DNS provider automatically adds the bare domain to the end of its DNS records

  • I clicked on the "create records in route 53" button that appeared when I entered the certificate I created. I don't think there is an error in the registry name Does aws have a service like solving the problem directly through my account? because that's not how it will be solved.

If I send an AWS email. Can AWS authorities solve my problem through my account?

Hi There

Is your domain name registered with AWS and if not, are the Name Servers pointing to Route53?
