Unable to get my services reestablished by tech support after more than 36 hours!

My company's account was breached by a third party. A key was compromised. I noticed the breach and took action, I informed aws team. They stopped some of our services including lambdas and other api gateways. After doing all of the cleaning, renewing keys and also making sure all the steps reccomended by the aws team were OK with them, we got the notification from the aws tech support that all was set to reestablish our services. After more than 36 hours and more than 12 occasions we contacted them about the downed services, we still have our platform down and our clients have all of our systems in a critical state. Who can we talk to? We have tried literally everything. It's ridiculous how they tell you they are solving it and then do absolutely nothing.
