SES Paused account

Hello, good morning.

I noticed that my account was paused to send emails, unfortunately it seems I was hacked.

I have changed my password, also generated a new SES Access Key and installed it on my website. So the problem was fixed and my account will not send any erroneous emails again.

How can I restore my account? These are very important days to get new customers I can't be without sending emails.

I have no developer plan so I can't open tickets

You can contact support for any account-related issues even if you do not have a Developer Plan support.
Please follow the steps in the following document to request a new review from the Amazon SES team.
This operation can also be performed with the Basic Plan support plan.
