CloudSearch stuck PROCESSING state

I changed the analysis schemes setting in my domain and needed to be reindexed. So, I run reindex, but it was displayed only PROCESSING for more than two weeks. If anyone knows a solution to this problem, please let me know. Thank you for your cooperation.

How about changing the region?

in my case

region changing it to us-east solved the problem.
