Cannot authenticate into Grafana workspace with message "Looks like this code isn't right"

I have a Grafana workspace using AWS IAM Identity Center as the authentication protocol and have assigned self as the admin of the workspace. However, when I try to login to the Grafana workspace, I got an error as shown below after signing in with my org's Okta.

Looks like this code isn't right. Please try again.

I'm not sure how to interpret this error and would appreciate some guidance, as this is different from the "login failed" prompt that I've gotten before with another account.
