Patching SLES12 SP3

I want migrate my S4HANA Server from SLES12 SP 3 to SLES15 SP3. However when I try to patch SLES12 SP3, I am getting following options and not sure how to go about it:

 Solution 2: do not install patch:SUSE-SLE-Module-Public-Cloud-12-2020-3594-1.noarch
 Solution 3: break python3-packaging-17.1-2.7.1.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies
