I would recommend you start with the Cloud Essentials Learning Plan at Amazon's SkillBuilder - https://explore.skillbuilder.aws/learn/learning_plan/view/82/cloud-essentials-learning-plan-earn-a-learning-badge.
Plan details indicate the following:
"This Learning Plan is designed to help individuals who are new to AWS Cloud technology and seek an overall understanding of the AWS Cloud, independent of specific technical roles. The digital training included in this Learning Plan will expose you to foundational AWS Cloud concepts, AWS services, security, architecture, pricing, and support. This Learning Plan can also help prepare you for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification exam."
So you'll learn all the basics and can then take it from there.
Hope this helps.
Hi Dayo,
my suggestion is to both pick a use case that you are interested with, and investigate how to implement in AWS, and at same time spend time learning, getting certified and being hands on with the use case you chose.
I wrote an article about certifications, which contains resources, hands-on labs and references to start learn: https://medium.com/@alatech/aws-certifications-part-ii-my-6-exams-journey-tips-4f62991f30e
Hope it helps ;)

For .NET development on AWS, I suggest bookmarking the .NET on AWS Developer Hub at https://aws.amazon.com/developer/language/net/. From this website you'll find development tools, training, content, and ways to get connected with the community.
