Send Mail Error Amzon Workmail

Dear AWS team and friends. I'm having problems using Amazon Workmail to send mail. Currently, when I send mail to a fixed email address, I do not receive outgoing mail information. The error code information is as follows:

  • Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 you are not allowed to send mail.
  • Status: 5.3.0. What could be the reason please help me.

Typically you get this error if there is a limitation on your account.

If you go to your Personal Health Dashboard, you should see instructions on how to unblock your account.

  • I went to this Personal Health Dashboard but I don't see any recent issues and what could be the problem? My current problem is that I send mail to many different mails, there is 1 fixed email address in which I do not receive mail information. I have checked that email address it is valid. I have checked that email address in the Suppression list, but I don't see that mail is restricted. What could be the reason, please help me.
