Getting "Instance reachability check failed" error on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi, I'm getting this error "Instance reachability check failed". after getting this error I reboot the instance. when I visit the website again it shows the above error.

Can you do a start/stop cycle instead of a reboot? If there is any underlying host issues, the instance will be moved to a new host if you start/stop. Here are some more troubleshooting steps here: Troubleshoot an unreachable instance.

Thanks, It worked but now, it won't connect, saying Failed to connect to your instance Error establishing SSH connection to your instance. Try again later.
Take a look at the system logs via the AWS console to see if there are any clues.
