Are you using an SMTP endpoint to send emails?
In that case, you will need to obtain the SMTP authentication information using the steps in the document below instead of using the secret access key.
This SMTP credentials are different from your secret access key.

Thank you for answer Currently, I deactivated the existing access key in the account that previously received credentials and created a new access key to test it. How do I receive credentials again in this situation?
