Mouse customization for accessibility

0

I have a user with impaired vision. On their local machine, the mouse is large and bright pink.

When they use the workspace client for Windows to access a Windows workspace, options for changing the mouse do not impact the mouse cursor.

The mouse in Mouse Properties will change, but the display cursor will not change.

While we look into these, few confirmations:

  1. What is WorkSpaces bundle?
  2. What is client platform and version of the client?
  3. Have you tried customizing the cursor the WorkSpace itself?

    1. Standard with Windows 10 (Server 2019 based) (WSP)
    2. Most up to date client from the site.
    3. Yes. I've changed it both in the control panel and the registry editor. Both show as though I've changed it successfully, but neither settings affect the mouse. I've restarted and confirmed the settings/regedit wasn't changed back - they were not, but mouse was a smaller version of my mouse.

Additionally, I've enabled High DPI mode to test with no luck either. Zoomed at 100% or greater with no difference in the mouse observed.

    Thanks for the assistance.
