problem delivering to AWS work email/ not able to receive any email


I just created AWS Work Email but receiving email functionality is not working (check below Delivery message) I can send email, But I am not able to receive any email or meeting invitation. It keeps saying my inbox is empty .. Could you please try to send test email from your side.. I am not sure what is wrong?!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with delivering email to your new WorkMail organization. The error suggests Gmail is unable to find where to deliver the email. Did you complete the configuration for your added domain? All domain records that are shown on the domain details page need to be created for mail to function correctly.
