Hello, how are you?

I’m having issues with AWS SES.

My client unirons.com.br is unable to send emails to the following addresses: usitecequipamentos.com, vitalmar.com.br, and conservasole.com.br.

The customer is angry and I don't know what to do.

Could you please help?

You may

  1. Check SES Console, to look at the sending logs for bounce or delivery failures.
  2. Verify Authentication, Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly set for unirons.com.br.
  3. Check Reputation, Use the SES reputation dashboard to check bounce/complaint rates.
  4. Test Delivery, Try sending to a Gmail or Outlook address to confirm SES is working.
  5. Use SNS Notifications, Set up bounce and complaint notifications via Amazon SNS for visibility.

  • Check SES Console, to look at the sending logs for bounce or delivery failures.

    • It doesn't show any failure in the logs.

Verify Authentication, Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly set for unirons.com.br.

    • SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly configured in the client's DNS.

Check Reputation, Use the SES reputation dashboard to check bounce/complaint rates.

    • Status: Integrity.
    • The recipient's email is not on the suppression list.

Test Delivery, Try sending to a Gmail or Outlook address to confirm SES is working.

    • Gmail, Outlook, and iCloud normally receive client emails.

Use SNS Notifications, Set up bounce and complaint notifications via Amazon SNS for visibility.

    • I just did this with the help of "Q", I'm figuring out how SNS notifications work at thi moment... Thank you=)

Hey,

Hope you're keeping well.

Check the SES Sending Statistics and Event History in the console to see if these domains are returning bounces or complaints. If they are, you’ll need to review and correct your domain’s SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records to ensure proper email authentication. It’s also possible the recipient domains are blocking based on reputation, so use the SES Reputation Dashboard to confirm your bounce/complaint rates are low. You can enable Amazon SNS notifications for bounces and complaints to catch these issues quickly in the future. If the sending account is still in SES sandbox mode, make sure the recipient email addresses are verified or request production access.

Thanks and regards,
Taz
