The issue is most likely related to a network connectivity problem between your instance and AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery Service (DRS). DRS requires internet access, so please ensure that your DRS instance has access to the internet or use a VPC endpoint to connect to DRS. If this is not the issue, click on the source server you created, and in the "Data replication status" section, you can find the reason for the stall. Based on that information, you can understand what might be causing the issue.
