Aurora MySQL parameter group set `block_encryption_mode`

I wanted to change the block_encryption_mode by parameter group, but this is not available in the default.aurora-mysql5.7 parameter group.
Any idea how to set it (except setting it directly in the database)?

There were several unanswered questions regarding this "issue" in the old forum as well.

Unfortunately, block_encryption_mode is not modifiable by Aurora DB and Cluster parameter group today. Need to set it directly in the database.
