Delivery Status Notification (Failure) : without reason

0

Hello,

I have been receiving undelivered messages for a few days now, and there is no special reason given, except :

Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients:
name@domain.tld

With a "name" file attachment with headers of original email.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

On my side, no change in the content of the mail, nor in the recipients or senders

Thanks

You haven't provided enough context to allow someone to effectively answer your question without making large assumptions.

The bounce message should have additional details to help troubleshoot the situation. If you can share some of those details it would help people provide an answer to this question.

Also, please explain a bit more about how you are using SES to send the messages that ultimately result in that bounce message.

If you do not want to share this information on a public forum, please open a support case from the AWS console to receive assistance.

I am having issues with emails like this too. I am using Amazon SES to deliver email on behalf of our clients and some of our client senders are receiving email undeliverable notifications even though we have SNS configured to send notifications to our platform via HTTPS posts.

How can we control or disable these messages
