How to surpass identity limit in Amazon simple email service (Amazon SES)?

I came across resend recently and found out that it uses amazon ses, just to learn I tried creating something similar but I came across an issue of 10000 identities per region in amazon ses, resend is an email service provider, how does it surpass this limit to allow any number of identities to connect, verify and send emails via resend?

A verified identity can be a domain with an arbitrarily large number of individual recipient email addresses within. Do you really need more than 10,000 domains?
