Very Urgent-AWS Certification Account LastName update

Question

Hi,  
I raised few cases in AWS support(https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) to update Last Name in my Certification Account profile to comply with my Id proof. I don't have last Name in any of the ID proof and want to leave it as blank. I didn't hear back from anyone.  
Please help me to get update my Last Name as I have Exam on **Nov-7 2021**.

AWS Candidate ID : AWS02311909  
Current Last Name : 'S'  
Last name to be changed to  **No last Name-Please update it as Empty**

Thanks for your quick response! I see, you have updated with '.' , My ID proof is not having dot at the end. Wouldn't be a problem in the verification?

I'm sorry! I should have provided more information in my initial response.   
  
The AWS Certification portal cannot allow the last name field to be blank. So having a "." in the field tells the proctor that you do not have a last name, so you will be allowed to test.
