Unable to login to root user(MFA autentication failue)

I lost permisions of IAM user, So in order to recover that i tried logging into root user, but the MFA is in old phone which is not with me now, So i tried using "Sign in using alternative factors of authentication", the email autentication is happening, but when i click call now option for mobile autentication, it is failing, I didn't get any call, failed right away with error message "Phone verification could not be complete" Enter image description here

Can you please help on this ? How to contact AWS administrator ? Is there any way to fix this ? I wanted to fix this using the paid aws support, even that is not work sa the IAM permission is not sufficient Enter image description here

Please verify that your phone number is reachable and not being blocked, and any alternative MFA before reaching out to AWS Support.

  • Yes, the phone is reachable. Immediately after clicking the call button, I'm facing that issue of phone authentication failure.

    Also I'm unable to reach out AWS support as the iam permission is not available and I'm unable to login to AWS root account, so I'm totally stuck here at this point.

    Is there any other way to contact AWS?
