Yes, the phone is reachable. Immediately after clicking the call button, I'm facing that issue of phone authentication failure.
Also I'm unable to reach out AWS support as the iam permission is not available and I'm unable to login to AWS root account, so I'm totally stuck here at this point.
Is there any other way to contact AWS?
