Hello,

AWS Services cost money to use. You see this message because, most likely, you have incurred some costs while using AWS Services and have not paid the bill yet. To check if you have paid the bill or to pay the bill, you can go to the AWS Billing and Cost Management service and then go to Payments to pay your bill. If you do not pay your bill, AWS will close your account.
