Hi, we are using the basic AWS Grafana as a dashboard tool. We have this displayed on a large TV screen so that the team can all see it. The problem is that we are getting logged out every day which is annoying. Is there a way around this? We currently use AWS IAM Identity Center for authentication.
I have the same problem. We have had a monitor in a shared area where we are display current information for a long time, when we used Grafana hosted on-prem. It requires login, but the session is not invalidated. I migrated to Managed Grafana, and I did not even think about looking into if I would get a problem with the public monitor setup. I have not had any luck finding a solution. Very frustrating.
There is a feature request in the AMG roadmap git repo on anonymous dashboards with no clear timeframe on a solution (although that is not exactly what we are requesting, but would help): https://github.com/aws/amazon-managed-grafana-roadmap/issues/4
