Elastic Beanstalk Node platform, versions 14 and 16 both going eol in 2023

Hi, currently, AWS supports two Node LTS versions for the Elastic Beanstalk Node platform. Since Node 14 LTS will go end-of-life on end of April 2023, I would expect a switch from 14/16 to 16/18 this year. Unfortunately, also Node 16 LTS will go end-of-life in Sept 2023, but Node 20 LTS won't appear before end of 2023.

How will AWS deal with this special situation this year?

Thanks for clarifying!

AWS just released node 18 on Elastic beanstalk. Below are the release notes. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/platforms/platform-history-nodejs.html
