Is there a way to increase the limit of schemas which is currently 1000 schemas per AWS account by paying some extra price.

Yes, You can have up to 1000 schema versions per AWS account per AWS Region which is a soft limit and is adjustable. You can check https://docs.aws.amazon.com/glue/latest/dg/schema-registry.html#schema-registry-quotas to know about soft and hard limit of quotas.
