Hello ShuvoovuhS,
I have checked the ENI eni-0c2bba6916a9d9cba and it belongs to your AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) Replication Instance [1]. If you wish to delete the ENI you need to first delete the related DMS Replication Instance [2].
