works mail web access

We use Works Mail, and the login address is my.awsapps.com. We want to enable the unified corporate email address entrance (domain name mail.my.co.uk), but the unified entrance address you gave is: my.awsapps.com. (That is, visiting https://mail.my.co.uk directly accesses my.awsapps.com. We tried two solutions and failed: The first solution, I installed nginx proxy, but this method can access, but the link address and title of the page visited are all aws, and we need the link address and title to be mail.my.co.uk. The second solution, we use www.cloudflare.com CNAME to enable the proxy, but it also cannot solve the above problem. Please see how you solve this problem, thank you!

I apologize, but I'm afraid I don't have a direct solution to your specific issue of customizing the WorkMail web access URL and page title. Amazon WorkMail provides a standard web client URL format of https://alias.awsapps.com/mail, where "alias" is your organization's unique identifier. This is the official way to access the WorkMail web application.

Amazon WorkMail does not natively support custom domain names for web access or the ability to change the page title and URL displayed in the browser. The solutions you've tried with Nginx proxy and Cloudflare CNAME are external workarounds, but as you've discovered, they don't fully solve the problem of customizing the user experience.

To achieve what you're looking for, you would need a more advanced solution that goes beyond simple URL redirection. This might involve creating a custom web application that acts as a wrapper or interface to the WorkMail web client, but developing such a solution would be complex and is not officially supported by AWS.

For the most reliable and secure access to WorkMail, it's recommended to use the official URL provided by AWS. If customization of the access URL is a critical requirement for your organization, you may need to consider alternative email solutions that offer more flexibility in this area.

If you still want to pursue this, I would suggest reaching out to AWS Support for more detailed guidance, as they might be able to provide more specific advice based on your account and setup.
