SEPA Payment option isn't working after successfully adding and meeting all the requirements.

Hello, as my card is giving me problems paying ammounts over 3000$ I'm trying to move the payment to a SEPA in my bank.

I added the payment method but when trying to pay it says that the payment methond is no elegible.

I've checked all the trouble shooting steps provided here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/manage-debit-emea.html

my SEPA payment method is added and valid. But still the payment methond appears to be no elegible. What could be the reason? Is there any way to resolve this..?

Hello Princy,

Some banks might require the AWS Company ID to allow the direct debit. If your account is billed by AWS Inc, then use 9049016352. If your account is billed by AWS Europe, then use DE22ZZZ00002144049.

If you've already provided your bank with the AWS Company ID, and are still unable to pay with SEPA, open a support case. Visit Contacting AWS Support for instructions on getting Billing help.
