How can can i make force https on cloudfront url

Question

I have a CloudFront distribution to serve website hosted on s3 bucket Static Website Hosting has enable website hosting  , but it is** down frequently** what can be resolution to it **how can make it force to https** I have SSL certification added for that domain in aws as well. In behaviour  i have done all  data served with https, did the following: Go to CloudFront > Your distribution > behaviour tab > select the first element of the list and click Edit. Then should be able to an option for redirecting http to https. What do be the fix?
